Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.
We do not accept exchanges.

We accept cancelations.

All packages will be shipped out via Canada Post. Airmail, international ground and air are not a tracked service! Please note we are not responsible for delays, customs and/or customs duties! In the event your package is lost we will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier,if your order was insured/tracked. Orders without tracking can not be traced and there for are not eligible for refunds.
We are a Canada based maker so international orders may take 5-21 days to arrive after date of dispatch. This is sometimes longer depending on the time of year. Please note I am not responsible for delays or customs duties!

If your parcel/item arrives broken it will require you to comply with the insurance carrier if your order was insured and we can provide a replacement once this is confirmed.

We package items with the upmost care, bubblewrap, paper stuffing, wrapping, bubble containers and bubble protectors so it is VERY unlikely items arrive broken unless due to mishandling of the post office or the customer damaging on arrival. Please not we can not intervein if the breakage is due to the customers mishandling.
