We are a Canada based maker so international orders may take 5-21 days to arrive after date of dispatch. This is sometimes longer depending on the time of year.
I do my best to clean the models up, but some models may require a bit extra TLC as is common for all resin miniatures. There might be tiny supports I missed, or a slight bending of a part which can be easily fixed with some hot water. Models might need some gap filler. Again, all of these things are common with resin miniatures. Some are harder then others to assemble. Reach out to us if you have questions! We are always happy to try and help.
