📦📩All packages will be shipped out via Canada Post. Tracking will be provided through email/Canada Post if tracking was selected. Airmail is not a tracked service! Please note I am not responsible for delays, customs and/or customs duties! In the event your package is lost I will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier,if your order was insured.
I am a Canada based maker so international orders may take 5-21 days to arrive after date of dispatch. This is sometimes longer depending on the time of year. Please note I am not responsible for delays or customs duties!
Please keep in mind the size of each model differs for each creature/humanoid. For example a monster in 32mm would be slightly different size then a human or mushroom of the same scale.
