Please keep in mind the size of each model differs for each creature/humanoid. For example a monster in 32mm would be slightly different size then a human or mushroom of the same scale.

All packages will be shipped out via Canada Post. Airmail is not a tracked service! Please note I am not responsible for delays, customs and/or customs duties! In the event your package is lost I will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier,if your order was insured.

I am a Canada based maker so international orders may take 5-21 days to arrive after date of dispatch. This is sometimes longer depending on the time of year. Please note I am not responsible for delays or customs duties!

The models come unassembled, and unpainted! You will need glue to assemble them. If the models come with special scenic bases, it will say in the description or show in the pictures! Reach out to me if you are unsure! Nothing I have comes with assembly instructions. Some of the models will come in many parts, and will require some skill in resin model assembly in order to put together.

I do my best to clean the models up, but some models may require a bit extra TLC as is common for all resin miniatures. There might be tiny supports I missed, or a slight bending of a part which can be easily fixed with some hot water. Models might need some gap filler. Again, all of these things are common with resin miniatures. Some are harder then others to assemble. Reach out to us if you have questions! We are always happy to try and help.
